What can I expect when working with you?
Your 1st visit will be 1.5 hours long and is a chance to get to know each other, get an in-depth medical history, learn about your symptoms, family history, supplements/meds, and lifestyle.
Your 2nd visit is the homeopathic intake and is 75 minutes long. You will get an individualized homeopathic medicine at this visit.
Follow-ups range in time, based on complexity and typically happen every 6-8 weeks.
As a naturopathic doctor, I am looking at the whole person to get to the root cause of your symptoms/condition. I do a deep dive into all aspects of your health and think outside of the box. Each person is a unique individual, which means their needs are as well. There is not a one size fits all apporach or solution.
