Naturopathic Doctor Dr. Christina Erndl Tempe Arizona

Hi, I’m Dr. Christina Erndl. I am a Licensed Naturopathic doctor.

Dr. Erndl is licensed in the beautiful state of Arizona. I obtained my medical degree from Sonoran University (formerly Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine) in Tempe, Arizona. Prior to medical school, I graduated from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia with a B.S in Biology with a focus in chemistry and premed.

I am passionate about health and the human body. I believe we all have the innate ability to heal and live our lives to our highest potential. As someone who has dealt with chronic conditions, I have an appreciation for patients with chronic concerns that have never been fully addressed and remedied by the traditional medical space. By going through my own health concerns it has allowed me to be more understanding and passionate towards my client’s struggles.

I primarily focus on mental health concerns, such as anxiety and depression. I also have a passion for autoimmune conditions and chronic diseases. I am here to optimize your health and get you back to your most fulfilling life.

My love for nature and the natural world has only helped grow my passion for naturopathic medicine. I hope to allow my clients to get back to the roots of natural living. When I am not seeing clients I enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with my 2 dogs; Joey and Jerry.

I am really excited to be here with you on this journey.

Personal Story: Right before starting medical school I was increasingly getting more ill; unexplained weight gain, digestive issues, joint pain, extreme fatigue, swollen lymph nodes, headaches. Dismissed by MD’s and was told nothing is wrong I was frustrated and felt like it was going to be impossible to complete my 1st year of medical school. With the help of some incredible naturopathic physicians and students I was diagnosed with chronic reactivated Epstein Barr virus (EBV). I began a wide variety of treatments and after 1+ years I was in remission. This experience has given me not only an extreme appreciation for naturopathic medicine, but an understanding of the struggles my clients experience. I am grateful to be able to connect with my clients and give them hope.
